Send photos of all areas to be cleared, the pickup city, access instructions, and the completion deadline. Confirm that you have authority to remove the contents and identify any fixtures or belongings that must stay.
Do I need to move the items outside?
No. Full-service removal from inside is available when access is safe. Describe stairs, tight turns, elevators, and carrying distance before scheduling.
Can you provide a price from photos?
Text photos of all the items for an estimate of the truck space needed. We confirm the final volume-based price before loading.
What will you not take?
Hazardous materials—including fuel, chemicals, wet paint, asbestos, medical waste, and unknown dangerous substances—are not accepted. Ask about unusual items before booking.
