What is the fastest way to get a junk removal quote?
Text wide photos of every item or pile, the pickup address, stairs or gates, and preferred timing. The quote form can also accept up to three photos.
Do I need to move everything outside?
No. Full-service removal from inside is available when the carrying path is safe. Tell us about stairs, elevators, tight turns, and long distances before booking.
Can you provide an exact price from photos?
Photos can support an initial range. The final price is confirmed before loading once the crew verifies the complete material and access.
Is same-day junk removal available?
Same-day or next-day service may be available when route timing, load size, and disposal needs fit. Call or text early with complete photos.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Vancouver and serve Clark County, Portland, Lake Oswego, Woodland, Longview, North and Northeast Portland, Parkrose, and selected nearby communities, subject to route availability.
What items do you not take?
Hazardous material—including fuel, chemicals, wet paint, asbestos, medical waste, and unknown dangerous substances—is not accepted. Ask about unusual items before scheduling.
Do you remove appliances?
Accepted disconnected appliances can be removed. Empty them first and disclose refrigerants, unusual size, stairs, and access. The crew does not disconnect gas, water, or hardwired electrical service.
Can you clean out a rental or estate?
Yes. Confirm authority to remove the contents, mark anything that stays, and send photos of all rooms, garages, storage, and outdoor areas.
Does the crew sweep after loading?
A basic sweep-up is performed when practical. Detailed cleaning, demolition, and hazardous cleanup are separate services and are not included.
Where do the items go?
Accepted material is handled according to the available transfer, disposal, recycling, or donation option. No specific diversion outcome is promised for every item.
