Basement cleanouts require safe lighting, stable stairs, adequate headroom, and a clear path outside. Damp, moldy, pest-affected, or unusually heavy material must be shown before scheduling.

Does carrying basement items upstairs increase the price?
No. Item location and stairs do not affect the price. We charge only for the truck space used. Show stairways, turns, and low clearances so we can confirm safe loading.
Do I need to move the items outside?
No. Full-service removal from inside is available when access is safe. Describe stairs, tight turns, elevators, and carrying distance before scheduling.
Can you provide a price from photos?
Text photos of all the items for an estimate of the truck space needed. We confirm the final volume-based price before loading.
What will you not take?
Hazardous materials—including fuel, chemicals, wet paint, asbestos, medical waste, and unknown dangerous substances—are not accepted. Ask about unusual items before booking.
