Appliances may contain water, food, refrigerant, sharp edges, or unusually dense components. The crew needs the appliance type, floor level, route to the truck, and confirmation that utilities are safely disconnected.

Appliance Removal FAQs
Do I need to disconnect appliances before pickup?
Yes. Appliances must be safely disconnected before pickup. We do not disconnect gas, water, or hardwired electrical service. Show the appliances and the carrying route in your photos so we can plan loading.
Do I need to move the items outside?
No. Full-service removal from inside is available when access is safe. Describe stairs, tight turns, elevators, and carrying distance before scheduling.
Can you provide a price from photos?
Text photos of all the items for an estimate of the truck space needed. We confirm the final volume-based price before loading.
What will you not take?
Hazardous materials—including fuel, chemicals, wet paint, asbestos, medical waste, and unknown dangerous substances—are not accepted. Ask about unusual items before booking.
